My unique happiness and wellbeing sessions can be from 15 minutes to an hour long. There is also a half day activity called “Save Our Happy Island” which can be used for team building.

"ESCAPE TO HAPPINESS ISLAND"

At the end of the session, participants will feel good,  be more productive, have a positive outlook to life and take with them a simple booklet with practical tips to cope with everyday life
